Webmail Access Through Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer (or Netscape) Browser
2. In the address line type:  webmail.apluscomputer.com  (remember not to type www. Before the address.)
3. Press enter
You will see an orange and white log-on screen that says “iMail”:
Type in your USERID (the full email address)
Type in your email PASSWORD
Click Logon
The next screen is the Webmail Main Menu page featuring your e-mail account. You may read and compose email messages from this menu, just click on “*Main”.
Webmail lists all email messages waiting on the A+ Webmail server.  These messages have not been pulled into any Outlook or Outlook Express program yet.  If you leave Outlook or Outlook Express open on one computer with your email account, you will not be able to read email messages on the Webmail interface from another computer.

Webmail Access Features – Vacation Message

First open your e-mail account through a web browser:
Open Internet Explorer (or Netscape) Browser
In the address line type:  webmail.apluscomputer.com  (remember not to type www. Before the address.)
Press enter
You will see a black and white log-on screen:
Type in your USERID (full email address)
Type in your email PASSWORD
Click logon
This is your e-mail Main Menu page.
Note the text box and drop-down arrow on the right side of the screen.  These are your Personal Account Options.  Click on the down arrow.
Select the option: Change Vacation Message
A Vacation Message text box will open.  Type in your vacation or out of office message then click Save.
To get back to the mail e-mail menu click Menu.
To log out of your Webmail account, click Logout.

When you return from vacation:
*Log on to Webmail as directed above and delete the Vacation Message text box.  (The out-of-office message will stay active until it is removed.)
**Clear the log of email addresses that received your vacation message.  Your email account will now be fresh for the next vacation message.
